Senator Bob Corker on Tuesd ay made the following statement regarding military strikes carried out by the U.S. and a coalition of Arab nations against ISIS in Syria: "I'm encouraged by the participation of our Arab allies in this operation and hope this is the first step in building a lasting regional coalition committed to confronting ISIS."
