Mark Helton of Rutledge received a gift for his 10th birthday that he won't soon forget. Mark was chosen as the Jr. Anchor for WBIR's Live at Five at Four program, broadcast, Tuesday, Jan. 2. It was the second time Mark had applied and been chosen.
